How FatigPro is used for predictive maintenance?

FatigPro can be manufactured with 5, 6, 7 fingers. Customers can choose the SHM report milestones but in most cases, we recommend 10%, 50%, 70%, 80%, 90% fatigue life limits.

This means FatigPro will inform you when structure SHM age reaches 10%, 50%, 70%, 80%, and 90% limits. It is like watching mileage signs pass by while you are driving.

Receiving messages from FatigPro is like passing mileage signs on the road. The distance gets shorter as you approach your destination.
So, “Deadhorse” is the end of the road where your horse may end up dead. So you need to plan maintenance before that. 🙂

FatigPro informs you in such a way so that you can plan a maintenance schedule before your “horse” meets catastrophic failure. 70% or 80% may be a safe limit for the predictive maintenance action. FatigPro is accurate to +/- 5% in its prediction band.
